Another year, another movie about the JFK assassination

This one at the hands of history aficionado Tom Hanks.
The subject of JFK’s life, presidency, or death has never really been done the right way (in my opinion), but can it really be done the right way anyway? Some things just need to be left alone, no matter how fascinating they may be.
That being said, if anyone were to attack the whole JFK thing and do it with panache, it would be Tom Hanks (sorry Oliver Stone). He’s done history right many times (Saving Private Ryan, The Pacific), after all. And I don’t think he’s got the big head and annoying ego like Stone, so I don’t feel his take on the saga will exist for the sole purpose to ruffle feathers.
But what do I know? This could be total shit, too.
